Who can have breast augmentation surgery?

Breast augmentation with fat is usually chosen by women who have smaller, hollow breasts and want rounder shapes. Those women who have lost a lot of weight in a short period of time while nursing a baby also dream of firmer breasts. In some cases, it is enough to lift the breast, inject its own fat, and it looks beautiful and firm again. In addition, during one procedure, not only the breast is beautified, but also fat tissue accumulations are reduced in unwanted areas - abdomen, thighs, waist, back.

A breast enlarged with own fat looks more natural, the operation itself is safer, there is a lower risk of infection. However, breast augmentation with fat is not suitable for very thin patients, because they simply do not have enough fat tissue, so in such cases, breast augmentation with implants is chosen. 

How to prepare for breast augmentation surgery?

Before breast augmentation surgery, discuss your desired outcome with your plastic surgeon. Keep in mind that not all fat will heal during liposuction, so the final result will not be visible immediately. Specialists will also perform all the necessary tests, introduce the course of the operation and possible risks. It is recommended that you do not smoke for at least a few weeks before and after surgery, as this may affect healing.

Operation progress

Breast augmentation surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia. Fat correction takes longer and is more complicated than breast augmentation with implants, because the operation takes place in several stages - first liposuction (fat suction), then fat preparation and transplantation into the breasts.

Liposuction

Liposuction in our clinic is performed using the innovative "Euromi Lipomatic" machine, with a special cannula that gently separates the fatty tissue from the connective tissue by vibrating. Excess fatty tissue is suctioned from the abdomen, back, waist, hips or thighs. After the suction of excess fat, other parts of the body are adjusted at the same time - the waist becomes more prominent, the thighs appear thinner, and the butt is optically larger. Surgical incisions are made in inconspicuous areas of the body, such as skin folds or where underwear covers, so scars are not visible.

Fat grafting

The extracted fat is specially prepared, filtered and transplanted into the breast with special needles, thus giving it volume and slightly correcting the shape. Small incisions are sutured with several stitches. During the operation, a larger amount of adipose tissue has to be transplanted into the breast, because about 40-50% is absorbed. fat cells - some of them are accepted by the body as normal fat tissue, and fat cells that have not attached are broken down, carried out and removed from the body.

Postoperative care

Special care

The places where the fat was transplanted should not be massaged for about a month. It is recommended not to sleep on your stomach, to raise your arms suddenly, because these actions increase the risk of bleeding and may lead to the formation of an infection.

Scars and healing

After surgery, the breasts are swollen for about 4-5 weeks. The final result of the operation is visible after 3-4 months, when the transplanted fat has completely healed. Scars are made in inconspicuous places, they are small, they fade completely over time and are almost invisible.

Physical activity and bad habits

After the operation, it is recommended to avoid active physical activity, sports, lifting heavy objects and sports, and give up bad habits for 2-4 weeks after the operation.
