Deposit Policy


At CloudsMetic, we are dedicated to ensuring that all of our patients fully understand their financial obligations, as well as our payment and cancellation policies, prior to undergoing surgery as medical tourism facilitators. To reserve an operating room at the chosen facility, we must set aside a specific time and make arrangements with the surgeon, surgical nurses, technicians, and anesthesiologists. Therefore, it is crucial that you are certain of your desire for surgery and have the necessary funds available before scheduling your procedure.

To ensure that our patients are aware of the financial commitment involved, we have outlined our Surgical Service Fee Agreement below:

I understand that:

• Once my surgery is scheduled through CloudsMetic, the operating room/office procedure room is reserved at a specific time for me and is no longer available to other patients. As such, I agree to submit a requested surgical Service Fee at the time I request my surgery to be scheduled.

• All outstanding surgical fees must be paid in full 14 days before surgery.

• Starting October 1st, 2022, cash payments for surgery in Lithuania will be limited to €5000, with the remainder to be paid by card or Revolut.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• The Service Fee is non-refundable once the surgery room has been booked for you.

• Requests to reschedule surgery must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the surgery date. The surgery date can be changed only once to any other available date within 1 year.

• Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the surgery date will only be accepted if there is evidence of a Force Majeure event that has occurred and necessitated the cancellation or rescheduling of the surgery. If no such evidence is provided, the surgery date will not be rescheduled, and the Service Fee will not be refunded.

• All Service Fees must be paid prior to confirming any new surgical date.

• If the surgery is rescheduled more than once, a Rescheduling Fee of 500€ will apply.

• There will be no funds held back in the event of rescheduling or cancellation by us, or in the event of a documentable medical reason with a treating doctor's statement.

Upon receiving and reading this Surgery Deposit Policy, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to all of the conditions and provisions contained within it.
