Lower forge is another nice isolated campsite aprox 7 miles out of batsto That was the wilderness on my mind but i couldn't recall the name.i am sure there are many areas in the barrens larger then 6 acres that would qualify.hell they shut roads down just. Mullica has water, the forge does not

I'm considering either renting one of the cabins (4 person) or reserving a wilderness site for 2 or 3 days this summer
Batsto to the mullica river wilderness site is like 7 miles Most of it is sand mixed with a tiny bit of green highway and a couple plank crossings Personally, i think the way up to. I have camped there about 30 times
Only 4 times this year so far It is a wilderness and not meant for car camping My stuff weights 20 lbs Gear, food and 1 liter of water
